How Virtual Visits Work
- You must be in Ohio to receive care
- We use a HIPAA compliant electronic health record Charm
- When you book your first appointment you will
- Select a time
- Answer a brief pre-screen questionnaire
- Fill out new patient forms
- Join the virtual visit through Zoom at the time of your appointment!
- After work office hours and virtual appointments bring unique access to care!
Clinic Costs and Scheduling
- Initial appointment / one hour session: 225 dollars
- Follow up / half hour session: 150 dollars
- Your visit is likely eligible for flexible / health savings account reimbursement
- Appointments are generally available before and after regular business hours as well as Saturday mornings
- In person appointments are available but limited

Clinic Information
- Limited to ages 18-65 living in Ohio
- We do prescribe controlled substances but in a cautious and measured way, mindful of the limitations of virtual visits and in the best interest of the patient.
- No care sought for legal or disability purpose
